This is My Story
My older son used to be a big spender. Every penny he earned he spent. I was working with him and a group of teens in a local coop. I wanted to teach them something unique. Something interesting. Something they would actually use.
I decided to teach them about money. Live Skills Money was born. I taught them how to do basic budgeting and about other key financial concepts like investing, debt, taxes and more.
I had been teaching the program for over 5 years when the pandemic hit. Suddenly I had to teach the classes over Zoom. I needed to keep the kids' attention and interest.
That's when I started creating the games. These games help lock in the concepts so that the kids actually remember what they are learning. They are engaged in the process and it makes a difference.
